ORDER AND SHIPPING

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES ATTÁGE USE?
We always choose transport companies with a sustainable focus.
Today we use Shiplink when we deliver our products to our customers. All freight with Shiplink is 100 percent climate compensated.

WHAT WILL MY SHIPPING COST BE?
Within Sweden and the EU, we offer standard shipping free of charge.

RETURN FEE
One of our core values is to contribute to more conscious consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and Attáge consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Therefor a fee will be added when returning pieces bought on attage.se. This fee is one of our small steps to limit direct climate effect.

Swedish returns: 69 SEK
EU returns: 6 EUR

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES ATTÁGE SHIP TO?
Today we ship within Sweden and the EU.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT AND DUTIES?
For delivery within Sweden and the EU, VAT is included in the price. 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please use the contact form to get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order, but no later than two hours after the order was placed, and we will confirm cancellation.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Please make sure to collect your package. If a package is not collected and returned to us, we will get in touch with you. Should you wish to have it resent, the delivery fee must be paid in advance.

CARE

HOW DO I CLEAN THE OUTSIDE OF MY BAG?
As Uppeal™ (former AppleSkin™) is water-resistant, you can clean your bag with a soft damp cloth. For tougher stains, you can use a small amount of mild soap and water.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE INSIDE OF MY BAG?
MicroLining® be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. For tougher stains, you can use a small amount of mild soap and water.

WARRANTY, RECLAMATION AND REPAIR

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
All our products come with a two-year warranty on production defects.

Please note that all our products are crafted by hand. Small variations may therefore occur exclusively due to the manual process.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
If you find your product is faulty, you can contact us via the contact form. Please provide your name, order number and details about the fault.

We always aim to respond as soon as possible within 24 hours (on business days).

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
As a part of our slow fashion concept, we encourage our customers to repair their Attáge products rather than replace them. Our products are made to last for a long time, so should not be needed until after considerable use. If or when your product needs a touch-up, we are of course happy to assist.

WHAT'S THE COST FOR REPAIRS?
If the repair falls under the warranty, we will cover the cost. Repairs due to wear and tear outside of the warranty will be charged at a fair price, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We always give an estimated price before performing repairs.

We use Shopify Payments.

You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can choose to pay in SEK or EUR.

When you make a purchase, your payment details are handled according to each provider’s terms and privacy policies.

Today our products are available for purchase within Sweden and the EU.
